Corporate social responsibility is at the heart of N-ERGY's sustainability strategy. N-ERGY encourages its employees to improve their own well-being and to provide support to local communities.

N-ERGY team had participated in York 10k in August running through the ancient streets of the Viking capital of the North. Research has proven that exercise and physical activity contribute to the release of endorphins in the brain, a chemical that makes us feel better. N-ERGY tries to look after its employees' physical health and its positive impact on their mental health.

Taking it a bit further, five of N-ERGY employees have signed up for 50 and 100 miles running challenge throughout September to raise funds for Martin House Children Hospice in Wetherby. It costs £22,000 to run Martin House just of one day. An amazing £100 raised would pay for a member of their team to offer practical and emotional support in a family's own home.

We are proud of our team and their drive to go beyond their everyday job to help charities and make a positive impact on other people's lives. This is a culture we are proud of nurturing within our team at N-ERGY.
